About Antony Lemar

I am a caring and passionate Youth Worker that is committed to driving positive change in the lives of young people. I have a deep understanding of the complex challenges that young people face in today's society and the care and strategies needed to provide optimal support for their development. My care is focussed on creating a safe, therapeutic environment for young people to feel nutured, confident and in control of their growth, enabling them to reach their full potential. With constant and ongoing training, I develop my skills, capabilities and experiences to stay on top of the best practices to develop young people. Through formal and experiential training, I have advanced my capabilities and will continue to do so throughout my career. Young people are the future of our world and I am inspired by their ability to overcome adversity and become the leaders of tomorrow.
