About Antony Maina

For the last 4+ years, I’ve been at the intersection of technology, relationships, and revenue growth. Helping businesses across various industries adopt and implement Business Application Solutions that streamline operations, boost productivity, and drive measurable success. But beyond features and pricing, I’ve always been fascinated by the "why" behind decision-making. Why do prospects hesitate even when the value is clear? Why do some companies thrive with tech adoption while others stall? How do you align a solution with a client’s vision without compromising their goals or budget?Instead of just pondering these questions, I’ve spent my career solving them-by crafting tailored sales strategies, building trusted partnerships, and delivering tech solutions that create lasting business impact. With the knowledge I've gained, I can move easily between operational and problem-solving roles using both human and technological techniques. More recent roles have seen me delve deep into the SaaS space, where I have cut my teeth in Sales, Partnerships and Channel Development, and SDRs Management to ensure product growth for Workpay - Africa’s leading Payroll, HR and employee benefits management solution.
