About Antony Nourse

I have 35 years’ experience in the Construction Industry in both Civils and Building Projects. I have been a part of some very impressive projects including being part of the team responsible for managing the construction of the Five Star (500 Bed) Fairmont Hotel in Durban, South Africa (Project completion targeted and synchronized in conjunction with the hosting of the 2010 FIFA World Soccer Cup). Land Development Projects, I have Project Managed the development of the Nelson Mandela National Burial site, inclusive of construction of roads, storm water, pumped sewer, pumpstations, helicopter pads and platforms, Land Development and led the construction of a new 67 home construction project on an Eco Estate which included pump stations, and upgrading of a sewer plants and managed the building of 114 mini factories. Earth works sewer plants, storm water control. I also have experience with pipelines (MPVC and steel and pipe jackings). I have Project Managed the building of various Prisons, Hotels, Hospitals, Vertical / Horizontal Builds, and Retirement Villages and am equally comfortable on these mixed developments / large Commercial Projects having completed a 16-floor high rise apartment and other office blocks. I have plenty of interiors, fit outs and refurbishments experience giving me a thorough understanding of all types of projects.
