About Antony Sutton

After working 14 years in the manufacturing sector training as a Injection/Compression Mould Toolmaker, I progressed into education to support Apprenticeship recruitment and skills in the Engineering sector at South Devon College. More recently assessing skills, knowledge and behaviors in the workplace as an assessor/Coach for Mechanical Engineering. In my years of experience I have seen Apprentices develop and set up their own businesses, become Directors and owners of manufacturing companies. It's great to see talent and enthusiasm accelerate locally. The sectors I have covered include Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Installation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering and Hi Tech & Digital. Understanding business need and experiencing a 5 year Apprenticeship myself, I believe gives me an advantage to support success and achievement. South Devon College is now able to offer a Engineering Degree level 6 Apprenticeship which will generate an opportunity to those who require this level of training within Torbay and South Devon area.
