Healthcare and BFSI enterprises have tons of data but not the intelligence infrastructure to turn it into real outcomes. And most AI initiatives are failing because they rely on models, not systems. They break in production, lack governance, and cannot support the decisions that truly matter. This is the problem I’ve dedicated my career to solving. As a Senior Manager leading the Data & GenAI Healthcare Practice at Genzeon, I architect AI systems that integrate into clinical workflows, improve patient outcomes, strengthen risk scoring, and enhance enterprise intelligence. My focus is on building LLM/GenAI systems, clinical decision engines, and responsible AI frameworks that scale with safety, reliability, and clarity. Earlier, as Chief Data Scientist at Danalitic, I led AI product development across Web3-enabled data systems, advanced ML models (BERT, transformers), and high-performance pipelines for data-intensive environments. This helped shape my belief that AI must be explainable, ethical, and human-centered especially in regulated industries. I bring experience across healthcare, BFSI, cloud ecosystems, ML engineering, and AI product strategy, supported by 8 GCP certifications, 4 AWS & 4 Azure credentials, and multiple AI/ML specializations. I also mentor professionals globally and serve communities through AI Pune and GDG Cloud Pune, while sharing insights as a LinkedIn Top Voice in AI & Data Science. Today, my work is a blend of engineering, vision, and leadership creating the AI foundations that enterprises depend on for their most critical decisions.
