About Antron Lim

I enjoy meeting people because it reminds me that there’s still so much to discover in this world. The human brain is a crazy place, and there are two things that fascinate me most about motivation and behaviour. First: The concept of stimulation and how rational yet irrational it can be. Second: the challenge of behaving and communicating in a way that optimizes them into either rational or irrational. I also love to dig into customer problems and need help uncovering the ‘what’ and ‘how’ to solve them with innovative solutions and technology. I am also accustomed to working in a ‘build from scratch and experiential environment’ through both my current role at Toll Group and previous roles, specifically for ACE.SG, SG Sports Hub and SG GP. My personal and professional experiences have taught me that I can conceptualise innovative ideas, spot problems by breaking down complex situations and implement practical solutions.
