Ambitious and empowering Professional. with over 10-years customer service experience, specializing in Contact Center Leadership. The foundation for just about everything we do, every interaction, every experience is customer service. Working for 7-years with Sea World Parks and Entertainment, I began my journey into the Amazing world of customer service as a CSR for Discovery Cove. During this time I earned many achievements. Employee of the month multi- times. On The Job Trainer (OJT), consistently excelled in customer satisfaction, sales and metrics goals. I won just about every sales/metric competition one could think of. I believe this is due to my passion to serve. My achievements and accolades led me to a promotion into entry level management. I became the Team Leader for all 10 Sea World Ent. Working with The Centers of Ocala as a support coordinator I developed vital customer service skills assisting people in crisis and/or struggling with mental illness. I was at this time I discovered my passion for Customer Service training and development. Working with my Supervisor we created a very effective training called Own Your Attitude. which focused on four cornerstones. Professionalism. Passion, Caring, and focus. I have trained classrooms as large ans 25 people and as small as 4. My Career goals and objectives are to work in the customer service training industry to help my company produce world class customer service experts, who will have rewarding successful careers. I find a great deal of professional and personal satisfaction in helping my team and company grow. After all no one tells of your success, like your successors.
