I am an experienced Supply Chain Director within Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry with a strong business-driven mindset. I have gained over 25 years of experience in demand management, SC planning, logistics, Sales & Operations planning, Integrated Business Planning, Lean management, account management, IT development projects, business intelligence, finance, and business controlling. I have over 15 years of experience in leading international teams and projects. My passion is in developing profitable business with high customer satisfaction and lean, efficient and data-driven business processes and teams. I have also gained experience on startup businesses including development of a business plan, financing, designing and setting up marketing and operations, planning and financial control processes and moving from initial launch to development phase of the business. I have experience on both acting as a Board member, as well as, being part of operational business management. I have a systematic continuous improvement approach and an entrepreneurial dedication to everything I do. Personal strengths in analytical thinking and problem solving skills, FMCG industry knowledge, customer-orientation, supply chain management, financial management, people management, IT governance and data-based management.
