About Antun Mojas

Dynamic and proactive Sales operations manager with 14 year experience in international FMCG companies on professional sales, business organization and controlling positions, with expertise in forecasting, analytics, presentation, sales and business development and planning. Currently I am working as Sales operations manager for entire Nordic market helping countries sales teams to improve their sales processes, reports and ensure accurate forecasting. In past I was in charge of commercial controlling while actively improving business process and lead evolution of sales department. Also, I act as lead in implementing or upgrading BI reporting systems and developing Performance management for entire company. I continuously strive to find game-changing possibilities and solutions to upgrade company business and results, such as invention of field performance tracking and incentive system, creating day to day sales-meter, development of complete price and margin calculation table. I was sales lead and coordinator in implementation of various ERP (SAP) and CRM (MS Dynamics, Comarch SFA) software.
