Marketing, graphic design, and user experience. All things that typically go together. I just like to do them all a little differently. I’ve been very fortunate enough over my career to do a little bit of everything enabling a well-rounded and big-picture focused user solutions design process. I started my career in the telecommunications industry which today you probably could just call the information technology or mass media industry. While there I did everything from run events to manage a $118 million direct mail budget. Each stop continually reinforced that the user experience is the most important part of any aspect of the business. If you make the UX pleasant, the customers will continue to come back. I’ve had the pleasure of helping people see brilliantly through digital initiatives in the eye healthcare space. I ran various user experience and engagement programs designed to increase customer retention and utilize data to make informed decisions. I have been able to launch new and groundbreaking UX programs in new markets working with global teams to implement. Today I partner with a variety of global and national brands to design strategies that enhance the overall user journey, while connecting to key business objectives.
