About Antwan Mainor

With 10 years in the construction industry, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and contribute to a wide range of commercial projects—particularly in the retail, hotel, and restaurant sectors. I currently work as an Assistant Project Manager, where I bring a mindset focused on growth, innovation, and getting things done effectively. One of the most impactful projects I’ve worked on was a modern design hotel that pushed the boundaries of architecture and introduced new challenges and technologies—exactly the kind of work that keeps me inspired. I’ve always been driven by a passion for creation and development, and I believe construction is one of the most powerful ways we shape the world around us. Colleagues often turn to me for support with time-sensitive decisions, creative solutions, and project leadership. I thrive on thinking outside the box, managing time and resources effectively, and keeping teams aligned and motivated. I regularly work with tools like Procore, Autodesk Build, and lean into sustainable practices including LEED standards. My professional philosophy? Never limit yourself and reach for the infinite possibilities. That mindset keeps me open to new ideas, ready for challenges, and always looking ahead to the next opportunity to build something meaningful.
