A focused and highly motivated Clinical nurse manager with a natural responsible and caring attitude. A team leader with excellent communication skills. Possess two years of management experience and fourteen years of valuable hand on experience of providing integrated family centred nursing care to sick neonates. Passion for neonatal care and health informatics has geared my studies and work experience to enable me to continue my career in this sector. My recent research kept me up to date with the development in the field of neonatal nursing care, health informatics and also enriched me with organisational and time management skills. I feel confident to work in fast paced work environment and ensuring that standards, policies and communication are understood and implemented correctly and safely.
