About Anu Henell

How to achieve sustainable growth through digital marketing and in digital channels? That's the question that drives and fascinates me. My experience from the field of growth is versatile: I have hands-on experience from various advertising platforms (eg. Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn) and - on the other hand - I have manager level experience from running an B2C Ecommerce-business successfully and effectively. I love digging deeper and finding the actual bottlenecks that stand in the way of companies and brands reaching their growth goals. Holistic approach to growth (or growth hacking, if you like) is one of my newest passions and to be able to hack the growth of strong, sustainable brand(s) would be a career-dream-come-true. Skillset Excellent knowledge of Meta- and LinkedIn-advertising and basic knowledge of Google Ads. Hands-on experience from several different platforms/softwares/tools: GA4, Google Looker Studio, WordPress, Magento, MailChimp, Shopify, Klaviyo - and the list goes on. Ability to optimise conversion rate and to execute Growth Hacking -process, including building hypothesis and test strategies. Analytical mindset and high problem-solving-capability (proven by aptitude tests). Better than average communication skills (fluent in Finnish and excellent in English). Things that drive me - Learning about new technologies and digi-solutions and steadily growing into being an amazing digi-expert- Working with strong and sustainable brands- Providing help and support for customers, clients and colleagues. I consider empathy and kindness to be the true super powers.
