About Anu Malmberg

Since November 2024, I have been working as a System Specialist in Clinical Chemistry and Hematology, where I focus on optimizing and maintaining laboratory information systems, software, and digital solutions. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare and laboratory processes, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and enhance overall patient care. I graduated in May 2024 as a Clinical Expert in Digital Social and Health Care Services, a field that has fueled my interest in healthcare IT, digital products, and innovative services. My work is driven by problem-solving, enhancing system usability, and streamlining daily workflows—tasks that I find both challenging and rewarding. I also enjoy working with laboratory automation. I am also a Biomedical Laboratory Scientist and have experience in the laboratory field from about 6 years, during which I have strived to constantly develop in my work duties and learn new things about the health care sector. I have worked in microbiology, automation, clinical chemistry and hematology, in both human and veterinary laboratories. I have had several different responsibilities and have worked on numerous projects and system implementations. As a Team Lead (tiimivastaava), my job description expanded to implementing Lean methods to our department, such as daily management and stand-up meetings.
