About Anu Parikh

A senior finance executive with 15 years’ experience in ASX listed, private and multi-national companies. I have a wealth of experience in acquisitions, private equity transactions, financial control and governance, and ERP systems implementations. This is in addition to a range of diverse experiences across international and Australian clients in the financial services, technology, industrial and manufacturing industries. My foundation has been based on excellence in external reporting requirements (AASB and US GAAP), preparation of annual and half year reports, providing technical accounting advice, developing policies and procedures and corporate governance. In my current role as Group Financial Controller & Head of Treasury, I provide leadership and oversight of- Financial and business strategy - M&A and restructuring of companies - Treasury and management of the Group hedging strategy - Corporate and international tax issues - Finance operations - Systems ERP integration and implementation - Financial governance and compliance - Managing external and internal relationships, and - Business acquisitions and related financial, operational and compliance issues.
