Judging sharpened my ability to make fair, fast decisions under pressure, while leading the national team for four years taught me how to balance individual needs with collective goals. Currently, I’m deepening my leadership expertise through a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership, further equipping me to support others and grow as a leader.
