About Anu Yadav

An astute educationist with over a decade old career life revolving around the interface of society, development of education. It evolved from that of a teacher to conceptual explorations, and then towards action and advocacy for education. My teaching experience has been mostly with interdisciplinary programs having long encounter with field realities in India together with the insights gleaned from the diverse and interactive community at the university catalysed the emergence of an action researcher cum real time educator in me. By now, I have spent considerable time integrating concepts and realities in teaching, while doing inclusive action research and advocacy. I have been an able educationist with hands on experience in developing and implementing budgets, policies, and procedures while supervising the staff, creating short- and long-range strategic plans to drive future physical and academic growth. I have been instrumental in establishing high-performing educational institutes with a vision to set and prioritise the goals within a given time frames while giving carte-blanche to my subordinates for their professional development. My skills in academic operational oversight have been finely honed.
