I started my professional career almost 25 years ago as an Engineer and presently I work as a Sr. General Manager with M/s. Dolphin Offshore Enterprises(India) Ltd. During this journey several attributes changed, moved and updated.Like I changed various designations and roles, started as Installation, Integration with project management, cost estimation of various new projects from start to end, Hook-up, Testing, Pre commissioning & commissioning of the Electrical & Instrument systems as a Project Incharge, and today Sr.General Manger, a lot of update on know-how on domains such as Procurement, Inspection & Testing, Logistic coordination, coordination between detail engineering consultants, vendors and clients, monitoring the progress of the project as per schedule, making additional claims on the additional work done and additional claim as per contract terms and conditions apart from the tender requirement, overlook on Installation, Hook up, and involving in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of projects and handing over the project as per tender. I felt positive that I could acquire the exposure to business and technical functions being in my own country and travel to various countries such as Malaysia, Italy, Dubai, Singapore,Thailand,Bangkok and United Kingdom. The experience was remarkable since I could meet people from various business and technical expertise.I enjoy learning business concepts and working on business plans, business functions, reading and analysing customer markets with experience in the Oil & Gas domain and involving in the following activities.Currently Handling OGIP Project With Sub-Sea and topside work. Previously handled various projects like ICP Revamp, NQD, SHRC, Clamp-On,PRP and other EPC projects.
