CPA, CA & MBA with a demonstrated work experience of over 17 years in Business Strategy & Operations, Finance, Real Estate and Management Consulting. Currently, I am a part of Longo's, a dominant player in the Grocery & Retail industry of GTA, Canada as Manager - Lease Administration in their Real Estate division. From consolidating and optimizing internal processes to auditing all occupancy costs, I am glad to have positively contributed in my role by helping improve EBITDA by ~2% in the past 2 years. I am now also helping Longo family set up their Real Estate Office and also supporting in Family office functions. From 2018 to 2022, I was working in the Retail Industry in India leading Oberoi Mall in Mumbai, India. The Mall has a gross leasable area of & an EV of over USD 250M. Prior to that, I was the Chief of Staff to MD, Oberoi Realty - a leading Real Estate Player with market cap of over USD 640B supporting him in a gamut of jobs ranging from Strategy to Financing, Land Acquisitions & negotiations to launching new projects successfully, amongst others. Prior to that, from 2007 - 2012, I was a part of EY - Transaction Tax team in Delhi and Mumbai, India where I started my professional career. At EY, I was fortunate to have worked and advised on series of intricate high profile M&A's changing the Indian corporate landscape in the early 2010's. Skilled in Business Strategy, Negotiations, Process Optimizations, Operation Management, Financial Analysis, P&L Management, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Finance, I am a first attempt CA (India), CPA (Canada), MBA (Business Strategy and Finance) from globally renowned Indian School of Business and have completed my Bachelors in Commerce from leading college in Asia - Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
