My expertise covers Oracle B2C Service (formerly RightNow CX), Oracle B2B Sales and Service, Oracle Intelligent Advisor, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Oracle Digital Assistant, and Quiq's AI Studio. Recently, I've been expanding my skill set to implement LLM-powered AI solutions that enhance CX across all channels - chat, voice, and email.
