About Anuj Gujar

Strategic advisor to CEOs. Multidisciplinary leader for Product Teams. Patient mentor to colleagues. I love building products and collaborating with colleagues to bring new technologies to people and businesses. I've held positions as a Founder, CEO, CTO, Researcher, Technical Leader and Software Developer. I believe in dogged perseverance and leaving no stone unturned. Data is my guiding light, strategic thinking my mantra, and measured intuition my secret power.Having worked at companies spanning many industries/verticals, I've found that I'm drawn to impact companies with a pure purpose. When the mission is clear, I find it easy to rally the troops around evolving the business for success. Sometimes it means assembling the right team to create a product. Sometimes it's about working with the relevant stakeholders to evolve the business strategy. Every now and then, things have to be rearchitected. I will objectively evaluate the situation and, if it makes sense, advocate for a new approach. I'm also not shy about rolling up my sleeves to write code, create wireframes, analyze data or push pixels. As for my personal passions, I have three outside of work and family: photography, fitness, and gardening. You can find my photography on Instagram as "naturefindz". My wife recently bought me a drone which allows me another view of the world. Most of my works center around nature and the beauty I see in the moment. find balance in fitness. You'll find me regularly going on 10 mile hikes exploring the hilly neighborhoods of San Francisco or coastal trails of the Bay Area. I also love kicking the soccer ball around and I've been known to disappear on my bicycle for hours on 100 mile rides.Gardening grounds me and allows me to appreciate the constant circle of life all around us. I find immense happiness in working with my hands to grow flowers and vegetables. Not much compares to starting the day by stepping into my garden in the morning to see what has changed.
