I am a very high energy, focused and agile individual with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Having worked in the largest energy equipment manufacturing company (BHEL) in India and managed 5 different projects of worth ranging from $10 million to $100 million, I understand the dynamics of business and projects, and financial implications of a business decision very well. I worked in this company in different roles from Engineer to team leader to Senior Engineer. Apart from having strong background in mechanical engineering, I have very diverse experience in leading diverse teams, managing vendors and customers. I have recently completed my MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma award, which helped me to enhance my business acumen further and also gave me a global perspective of seeing different business scenarios. I also acquired two very reputed and challenging certifications in field of Operations and supply chain Management: CSCP, CPIM-1 (APICS). I have earned my PMP certificate as well. I worked as a Project Manager in mid-size firm where I managed 14 different projects simultaneously from initiation to closing. Right now, I am working as a Chief Operating Officer at a consumer goods manufacturing firm.
