I am currently working at NirogStreet, an Ayurvedic healthcare platform, as part of the category team. In my role as Category Manager, I handle 10 brands and manage around SKUs. My focus is on making sure we get high-quality products at the best possible prices, while staying within budget. At NirogStreet, our team works on improving the procurement process, building strong relationships with suppliers, and ensuring smooth and cost-effective purchasing. We aim to keep our operations efficient without compromising on quality. Before this, I worked as a Senior Executive in the Procurement Category team. I was involved in strategic sourcing, which helped reduce company expenses by managing suppliers well and negotiating better contracts. This experience helped me build a strong foundation in cost control and operational efficiency.
