I'm dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in understanding Toll-like Receptors (TLRs) and their role in pathogen specificity. In my thesis, I've integrated multiple studies and perform a comprehensive analysis of sequence, structure, function, gene expression, and systems-level behavior for establishing the pathway insights and therapeutics for TLRs. Machine Learning Enthusiast 🤖 One of my proudest achievements is the development of a Machine Learning model based on Random Forests. This model accurately predicts strand specificity of PAMPs recognized by uncharacterized TLRs, showcasing my ability to blend computational techniques with biological queries. TLR5 used as a case study for transcriptome-based drug discovery.
