Bridging Strategic Communications, Talent Development & Storytelling | Writer | Culture Architect Great communication isn’t just about saying the right thing, it is about connection, clarity, and impact. I bring 17+ years of experience in a unique hybrid role at the intersection of communications strategy and talent and leadership development, culture building, and knowledge management. From shaping leadership messaging and delivering enterprise-wide communication campaigns to designing impactful leadership development programs and learning experiences, to creating and managing knowledge platforms, I operate where strategy meets empathy, and execution drives transformation. What excites me (and where I thrive) is the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, where ideas begin to move, connect, and take shape. Currently, at Standard Chartered, as part of the Strategy & Digital Transformation team, I look after internal communications, learning, and knowledge management for the Legal, Risk, Corporate Secretariat, and earlier for Shared Investigative Services teams, supporting over 3800 colleagues worldwide. Some days that means designing knowledge platforms. Some days it's scripting leadership messages, producing impactful podcasts and videos, or facilitating learning sessions, that inform, engage, and connect our teams across the globe. As a visual storyteller, I bring together content strategy, culture shaping, and mindful communication to craft narratives that move people to reflect and act. As a member of the function’s Learning Council, I contribute to leadership training initiatives, and through the D&I Council, I help shape well-being efforts that are thoughtful, grounded, and designed to genuinely support people. For me, communication and learning have never been just job responsibilities, they have been bridges to connect, support, and spark transformation. Beyond my professional sphere, I’m a certified Senior EFT Practitioner, a Mental Health First Aider, and coach. For over a decade, I’ve volunteered with survivors of abuse, helping them rebuild trust and confidence in themselves. That thread of learning and mindful communication runs through everything I do. It also runs through my reflective writing (my soulfood), where I explore questions on emotion, human experience, and ancient wisdom, through the lens of soul and psyche. I am always open to mindful connections and communication.
