As a seasoned Communication Trainer and Academic Content Developer, I bring over two decades of experience in designing and delivering outcome-driven learning interventions for both corporate professionals and students. Currently, I serve as Communication Faculty at Bengal Institute of Business Studies, where I lead training programs focused on placement success. I work closely with students, faculty, and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted content that meets placement goals and academic standards.
