As someone who has always been fascinated by the intersection of mathematics and real-world problem solving, I naturally found my way into data science and AI—fields that not only challenge the mind but also hold the power to drive meaningful impact across industries. My journey started with a small room, where I worked on my Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, diving deep into the world of numerical methods, algorithms, and optimization. But I didn’t stop there. I’ve since taken that theoretical foundation and applied it in the real world—applying data science across industries such as talent acquisition, financial services, small business automation, and consumer behaviour analytics. From building AI bots that automate complex legal and financial processes for small business sales, to optimizing data pipelines and forecasting models that reduce customer churn and improve retention, I’ve always approached problems with curiosity, structure, and a focus on actionable outcomes. I’ve worked with tools like Python, SQL, MongoDB, Power BI, LangChain, and OpenAI to transform data into decisions and insights into solutions. What drives me is not just the code or the models—it’s the opportunity to solve complex problems, collaborate with diverse teams, and create systems that are not just smart, but impactful.
