About Anunay Swaroop

I am committed to being a transformation agent to help organizations innovate and achieve commercial excellence using an evidence-based and values-led lens. I am a proven leader who drives impact and produces measurable business results. I use my analytical skills to understand complex data (qualitative or quantitative) and communicate them in tangible, simple ways across multiple audiences. And I take a strategic, ‘outside-in’ perspective, that is audience-centric, to create actionable strategic plans. I use customer centric outcome-based design innovation skills to guide R&D choices as well as M&A decision making. Ultimately my goal is to advance the science and make a lasting impact for my organization, the customers we serve, and for society. When I am not working, I focus on volunteer work and learning new skill or sport every year to constantly push myself out of comfort zone.
