I am a Strategic Program & Project Leader with 13+ years of international experience in the Defense, Automotive, and Energy sectors, having worked across Europe and Asia. Over the years, I’ve managed multi-million-euro programs, led high-performing global teams, and delivered complex projects that drive business transformation and customer success. My journey has taken me from leading EPC thermal power projects and turbine manufacturing at BHEL, to spearheading armored vehicle programs at L&T Defence, and now driving electronics programs for global OEMs at ZKW in Austria. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with multicultural teams, negotiating with global suppliers, and aligning programs with the strategic goals of senior leadership and government stakeholders. I hold an MBA from IE Business School, a Master’s from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and am PMP and Lean Six Sigma certified.
