I have worked in 3 top tier multinational and local companies so far which have given me an exposure to wide range of experiences. I have been in Frozen Food industry, Dairy industry and lastly in ice cream industry. Mostly I have worked in sales.I have learned that if you value your customers, you get the value back. If you care about your employees, your employees will care about your organization. I have learned that, working only for money doesn't always give the best output. I have been blessed to have worked with some amazing people as my colleagues and supervisors. Having a steady growth in your job means that you are doing just fine.
