About Anup Yadav MBCCI MBCPA MBSYP

I completed my Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan in the year 2018. Later I completed a postgraduate diploma in guidance and counselling from NCERT. Presently I am pursuing a PhD in Counselling Psychology from Mohanlal Sukhadia University Udaipur adding to my expertise in this field. I have also undergone various short-term courses in different areas of counselling and psychology to build up my knowledge and skills. I started my career in 2018 as a Counsellor at the Indian Railway Child Help Desk. I worked there till December 2022 when I was promoted to the position of Project Coordinator wherein my sole concern was to protect and safeguard every child touching the Jaipur Division Railway Station. I closely collaborated with the Indian Railway staff to develop SOPs regarding child safety so children experiencing acute distress could be reached and helped or intervened instantly. It has enriched my understanding of child welfare and strengthened my commitment to protecting vulnerable children in crises. In January 2022 I began working with FXB India Suraksha as a Project Officer on the "Empowering Jaipur Railway Street Children" project a position I occupied until March 2023. Under that role I managed work designed to enhance emotional educational and practical support for street children to find better futures. Following this I joined Sakshi NGO in April 2023 as a Project Officer for the "Empowering Children and Adolescents in Jaipur Railway Station and Slum Areas" project where I served until May 2024. In this position I worked to ensure safe spaces for children and adolescents by providing basic services and counselling while promoting their rights and welfare. Currently I provide online counselling sessions to assist them in fighting personal and professional issues. I am a life member of the Counsellors Council of India BCPA and the Society of Young Psychologists and a member of research at the International Association of Applied Psychology and PACFA. I also have attained certification as a Career Coach and Life Coach enabling me to guide more people for achieving their desired goals.
