I’m a seasoned technology and business leader with 25+ years of emerging technology experience in road mapping, designing, and scaling transformative, industry-shaping digital infrastructure. From spearheading the development of market-leading server manageability firmware to exploring infrastructure solutions in AI/ML space, and building a product-based business, I am proud to have not just cultivated great innovations but also the organizations, teams, and strategies behind them. At AMI, I have advanced from my first role as a Software Engineer to my current position as General Manager - Manageability & Security Group. At each step, I was critically involved in the development, scaling, and ongoing management of the flagship MegaRAC product line, an industry-standard manageability product that is now a cornerstone for server manageability and security worldwide. I partner with key industry stakeholders to champion design and development of standards-based, adaptable, and rapidly deployable solutions, leveraging Open-Source foundational software. As a result, I cemented AMI’s position as market leader by expanding customer base, attracting new customers through enhanced adaptability for emerging trends in Open-Source based infrastructure management. Like any system, an organization only works well if each of its components act in sync. As such, I thrive on building multi-disciplinary engineering teams of hundreds and supporting cross-functional colleagues in product, sales, and other areas, ensuring both organizational success and individual empowerment. This spirit of collaboration extends externally, as I’ve consistently translated technical visions into solutions that benefit millions of customers at partner companies like Nvidia, Intel, Microsoft, and Amazon. My specialty is not just understanding engineering but also the intricate relationships between key players in the technology ecosystem.
