About Anurag Bhide

Recently realized if I were to include my years in college, I've spent over half my life working in energy. Nearly a quarter of it with the same people at the same company on a singular mission - accelerating the mass adoption of rooftop solar in India.Long term (read: centuries) optimistic about the potential of humanity to rise up the Kardashev scale through the use of renewable energy and sustainable materials (and enforceable global rules and policies that dictate we consume less than can be sustainably produced, but my optimism doesn't extend to that at the moment - hence working on making the sustainable affordable and desirable).Short term (read: years and soon to be days) gravely concerned by the slow pace of decarbonization, hence accelerating the adoption of technology best placed to climb the S-curve to ubiquity in a timeframe short enough to substantially mitigate the inevitable damage - distributed, democratized, domestic solar - at SolarSquare.
