As a driven and hands-on Business Management student at Jai Hind College, I bring a strong blend of academic insight and real-world experience to the table.Currently serving as a Founder’s Office Analyst at LUZO, I work at the intersection of operations, strategy, and growth for one of India’s fastest-scaling beauty tech platforms. Over the past 1.5 years, I’ve worn multiple hats from remotely driving operations and salon onboarding to now taking on more strategic, on-site responsibilities that support high-impact initiatives across the business.In my role, I’ve actively contributed to the company’s expansion by onboarding over 100 salons across major cities, resolving operational queries for a network of 200+ partners, and supporting backend processes such as salon profile management and GST input credit enablement.This cross-functional exposure has not only sharpened my communication, operations, and problem-solving skills but has also deepened my understanding of how early-stage startups scale, adapt, and build strong B2B relationships. I’m always eager to take on challenges that push my learning curve and contribute meaningfully to a team’s mission.
