I am a hardworking, organized, self-driven and honest individual with 11+ years of experience in Project Management in both IT and manufacturing sectors. I am presently working as a Senior Project Manager for Schneider Electric, a French multinational corporation that specializes in digital automation and energy management. In my current role with Schneider Digital, I oversee strategic initiatives to transform Talent Attraction. I have experience leading IT projects in Finance, Mobile Loyalty, Payment and Retail before joining Schneider Electric. Prior to that, I have worked on greenfield and Total Quality Management projects in the Metallurgy and Automotive industries. I love to bring in operational efficiency and quality in processes by leveraging on scientific methods, attention to detail, documentation and proactiveness. My experience has enabled me to skillfully employ project management methodologies and tools to meet organizational goals and encourage healthy collaboration.
