Thriving on the ecstasy of forming new teams and watching valuable outcomes coming to life, my journey has been a tapestry woven across corporate giants like IBM and BT, as well as trailblazing startups like BlockFi and Cue Health. I love building teams from the ground up where attributes like empathy, active listening, and collaboration are vital to the team culture. I like getting involved hands on in defining project scope, managing requirements and overall delivery of work. I love working with the wider group of stakeholders and bringing clarity of work and expectations across the board. I discovered meditation in 2008 and it has been the cornerstone of staying calm in adversity. I dedicate my free time to organizing breath and meditation workshops and it is a joy to see the sense of relief and calm that comes with letting go of our passions for just a few moments in a day.
