I’m a endodontist with over 5 years of experience leading a thriving dental clinic. While working as a Clinic Head, I realized that what I enjoyed most was not just the clinical work—but also managing teams, improving processes, training others, and working on strategies that helped the clinic run better. I got to work closely with marketing and operations teams, train doctors, and make decisions that improved both patient care and business performance. These experiences sparked my interest in the non-clinical side of healthcare—fields like medical affairs, healthcare consulting, and operations. With a strong foundation in clinical practice and hands-on experience in team leadership, quality control, training, and cross-functional collaboration, I believe I bring the right mix of skills for roles beyond the clinic. I understand how healthcare works on the ground, and I’m excited to apply that knowledge to help improve systems, support medical strategy, and contribute to larger healthcare goals.
