About Anusha Pujari

I am a Technical Author and Project Coordinator at ASML. My daily activities include writing and reviewing procedures, coordinating with Service Engineers and SMEs ensuring timely delivery, organizing project workshops, delivering the final package after quality check to the next stakeholder, and reviewing illustrations for quality and adherence to standard. I abide by the policy,"There are no problems, only puzzles to be solved." Ever since I was young, I enjoyed solving puzzles and thinking ahead to see the possible outcomes to a particular action. With my optimistic attitude I never gave up and have always striven to find a solution. Now, I use that determination and ability to think ahead in every job I do. My colleagues find me very helpful and easy to work with. I will always help out if someone approaches me with a problem or help request. I am an excellent team player, but I can also work independently. I am great at multi-tasking and prioritizing, as is evident by the different and varied tasks I do for my current role. I value both big picture and detail-oriented thinking. Applying the correct balance of them in my work helps me produce the best output (quality and quantity wise).
