About Anusha V.

With 10 strangers in a room, I will find a personal connection with each of them. My ability to relate to others builds trust and empathy. As a certified career coach and a friend, I encourage and motivate others; while I also aim to be a better version of myself by learning from their experiences. Since continuous learning is the way to success, I value working hard, challenging myself, and taking risks by coming out of my comfort zone. I am currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Oracle in Database Manageability and Observability team. I graduated with my master’s in Engineering Management, which complemented my six years of technical experience as a senior consultant with management skills. As a Product Manager, I prepared pricing, sales, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. I interviewed people to comprehend their pain points and suggested a feasible solution. Previously at Oracle, I designed and built products while working on the Build Engineering team and as a Database Administrator (DBA). Working in a Consulting firm gave me the hands-on experience to understand customer requirements and live within their expectations. I am experienced in leveraging my engineering and people skills and developing an eye for detail from conception to launch to the design of customer-focused products. In my free time, you may find me planning a prank on others, hiking, sometimes dancing, or mostly coaching.
