In my previous role as AVP Business Strategy at Swiggy I led consumer retention and monetization charters (pricing AOV maximization) as well as med-long term business planning. Most of my work centered around decisions balancing growth and unit economics. Prior to this I led revenue and operations at Scroll a digital media start-up reaching over 10 Mn readers every month. Scroll is backed by Omindyar Network. I set up the reader subscription product at Scroll which has now transformed into a creator platform Scrollstack. I started my career at Monitor Group with strategy consulting. Through my 5 years there I advised companies across B2B and B2C sectors on portfolio strategy growth strategy pricing and innovation. I am a watercolor artist and a trained classical dancer.
