Passionate about Science, Driven by Research • Add 2.5 cups of all-purpose knowledge, 3 cups of good quality writing, 2 Tbsp of perfectionism, a few Litres of passion and about a sack full of love for Science, and you might just get to know me. For a major part of the day, I am a graduate student majoring in Bioinformatics and Biotechnology. In my free time I dabble in the field of Science Communication and strive to bring dry scientific facts alive for the world to appreciate. This drove me to start a science magazine called The Science Paradox which advocates learning science sans any barriers and is designed for people of all ages. It aims at using simple daily-life examples to help laymen understand the nitty-gritties of scientific concepts in an easy and relatable manner. I am a part of the Executive Board at Project Encephalon, which started out as an interest group for students in Neuroscience. In my capacity as the Vice President, I am working towards making it an inclusive and heterogenous neuroscience community.
