In my role as a QA Engineer, I work with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Jira to ensure the quality and efficiency of our systems. My responsibilities include creating leads, generating quotes and contracts, addressing and resolving issues, testing solutions, and pushing them to production. This position allows me to collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products. During my academic journey, I developed and deployed multiple projects that demonstrate my end-to-end software development skills. Highlights include a sensor-based IoT smart parking system that reduced parking search time by 30% and a machine learning model that accurately classified sign language gestures from images with 85% accuracy.
