At WebEngage, a leading SaaS company, I developed the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the EMEA region, collaborating closely with marketing, product, customer success, and other teams. I was instrumental in shaping and communicating the brand vision, optimizing the marketing funnel, and driving cross-functional transformation. This role gave me significant exposure to multiple industries, including e-commerce, edtech, and fintech. I have also contributed to the success of two unicorns, Infobip and Zilingo, by defining their market positioning and driving their growth in the communication technology and B2C marketing domains.
