About Anuttera Pandit

Through my career so far, I’ve been driven by a passion to learn and expand my experience across different domains to gain a richer understanding of the energy sector as well as experience working in culturally diverse, global teams. Over more than seventeen years, I have been fortunate to work with leadership teams of some of the largest global enterprises in the space of Energy (Oil & Gas), supporting them in key decision making both at an operational and strategic level. The diversity of roles, stakeholders and cultures have accorded me the benefits of expanding my experience across various domains. My experience ranges from business transformations and change management, new product launches, cost competitiveness, portfolio/program management to sustainability across the O&G industry. In my recent experience managing bp Customer & Products' Sustainability Program, my role involves orchestrating a program of global initiatives that melds my expertise in strategy, management consulting, and stakeholder management. The focus is on building sustainable practices and projects, a mission that resonates deeply with my values and professional ethos. Simultaneously, I’ve been tasked with managing the org transformation to the global capability centre for one of the teams (Marketing & Transformation) within the business which especially builds on my program and change management skills while managing multiple stakeholders across geographies. I believe my strengths lie in a combination of being analytical, methodical and organized while being quick to learn, remaining flexible and adaptable to new, sometime ambiguous or evolving work requirements. These skills and my experiences have sculpted my ability to manage complex projects and navigate multicultural environments while successfully delivering on expectations.
