Managing/supporting more than 200+ Clients for Eastern part of India and SAARC Countries. Handling responsibilities as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Client queries. Managed team (10+) to resolving issues, helping others to understand workflow and support to the clients. CORE COMPETENCIES Excellent Client Service. Having proficiency to resolve various issues of Clients (i.e. Hardware/ Software/ Network related) using VPN, RDP, Team viewer/ Anydesk/ Ultraviewer i.e remote tools.
