Anwar Sumar is a pioneer in the digital transformation space; having launched CIBC’s first Internet Banking team, Dell Canada’s Online marketing program, and the redesign of Dell Inc’s World Wide Configurator. Anwar also has international experience; having built eCommerce platforms in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Anwar also built Sears Canada’s Omni channel (integration of Bricks/Mortar and digital) with a focus on integrating Advanced Analytics into an Omni channel business model (retail stores, eCommerce, and mobile experience) to drive growth and navigate complex business issues.
