Naval Architect - Specialized in the Administration and Customization of AVEVA E3D/Bocad/Marine/PDMS/CADMATIC/Tekla/FORAN/etc. • Extensive expertise with the AVEVA.NET Customization using PML, PML.NET and the C# programming • Handy with Bocad-Boedit / CADMATIC Scripting / FORAN QSA-FMPL Programing. • Experience in integrating AVEVA products with ORACLE based ERP Systems. • Specialized in managing "AVEVA-Global Hub/Satellites" to split up 3d modeling process in different Geographical Location. • Experience working with AVEVA Point Cloud Manager (Formerly known as LFM), AVEVA’s cloud-enabled 3D Data Capture solution for registering, processing and visualizing Laser Scanned Point Cloud, 3D model data on brownfield, greenfield and maintenance projects. • Expertise with AVEVA 3D Model Database Management (E3D, PDMS, Bocad, Aveva Marine). Project creation/replication, managing access control rights (ACR), performing DICE and reconfiguration of databases. Imports/exports 3D models to and from external CAD Systems as logical or reference object, performing of back up and recoveries. • Ability to define the Detail-Design-Standards (NORM) as per Shipyard Standards. • Capable to Lead/Support- Hull structural and outfitting 3D Modeling process- Generation of NESTING and Numeric Control information- Preparation of steel fabrication assembly drawings- MTO generation, weight-CG and paint area calculations etc- Modeling of curved hull (Shell) and preparation of bending and forming information. • Customization of drawing templates to extract pipe/hvac SPOOL and ISOMETRIC drawings with BOM. • Conversant with the creation of catalogue and specification elements and UDAs. • SQL queries to the 3D-Model-Database and preparation of customized production reports. • Advanced level proficiency with HULL SURFACE (Lines) preparation/fairing of almost all type of vessels. • Proficiency with Naval Architectural calculation software like FORAN, Maxsurf (stability, hydrostatic, resistance/power, weight distribution, etc) • Extensive knowledge of a wide range of programming languages including C#, C++, OpenGL, Java (2D/3D/Script), VB/VBA, AutoLISP. • Proficient in software development and ability to plan and design application architecture. • Proficient in advanced mathematics, ability to apply engineering principles to software development. • Handy with several RDBMS such as Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers), SQL-Server, SQLite, MS-Access etc.
