I am an Intern Industrial Psychologist which aspires to become a great career counsellor in the future. My colleagues describes me as a hardworking, loyal, committed, caring person who values teamness. I am open to new challenges and prides myself in professional and high quality service delivery. I believe my superpower is SPEED and BALANCE in delivery, I am achieving this through my ability to prioritise. I also particularly enjoys observing behaviour and summarising events and interactions. My personal brand is resembled in being concise, integrated team worker that will add my personal flavor to any situation if allowed to do so. I enjoy discussions on career development, leadership development and coaching and mentoring processes and trends. In the current world of work I see the importance of AI going forward in the development of people.
