About Anya Kahn

A 30 year history in entrepreneurship; mainly in manufacturing of branded apparel and accessories in Italy, however along the way, Health & Wellness Clinics and a couple of IT developments made the entrepreneurial journey a title more varied. Specialization in my core field led to becoming a recognized expert in speciality fibers and innovative manufacturing techniques, leading to a few patents and awards, including some for our ground breaking global firsts with anti-viral, and more specifically anti SARS-COV-2 PPE, linens and cleaning solutions, which we continue to innovate to meet the challenge to curb the spread of viruses in the hospitality and medical industries. While initially we seek patents and IP protection, once a product range is successfully introduced in the market place, we subsequently do not limit the use of the technology we have innovated, and are proud to see it having a much wider reach. Every few years a brand in our portfolio moves from low key to successful & profitable market sustainability, at which point we seek licensing partners to enable extensive & optimum market penetration. As an entrepreneur I am always excited by opportunity, especially when there is a strong need in the market and I know we can bring a successful solution, however passion projects have had some big successes, such as Pathhub, a ground breaking development to digitize Histopathology Diagnostic Reporting, and bring the profession into the digital 21st century! The 30 years of transferable skills development, have brought about a strong value proposition to what I bring to my clients; finding solutions fit for purpose, analytical ability, high level negotiation skills, and the strategic capability to reach successful outcomes.
