About Anzer Khan

As Genetics Team Lead at Future Fields, I drive the optimization of the EntoEngine™ platform, leading a high-performing team to advance recombinant protein production. My leadership approach combines strategic vision with operational excellence—ensuring genetics initiatives align seamlessly with broader R&D objectives while fostering collaboration across functions. I bring excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple complex projects within tight timelines. By steering teams through demanding milestones, I ensure innovation is paired with execution, delivering results that drive organizational growth. My research background as a Senior Research Scientist and HFSP Postdoctoral Fellow at EPFL Lausanne centered on RNA editing, innate immunity, and neurodegeneration, strengthening my ability to oversee interdisciplinary projects and cultivate innovative solutions. Beyond research, I have held leadership and organizational roles within the RNA Society, CEITEC Ph.D. Committee, and EuroSTEMPeers, where I mentored peers, organized international retreats, and built collaborative communities for early-career researchers.
